L�.IZ - a <br />Finally, PG &E has agreed to reimburse the City for the cost of the relocation of their <br />facilities. SBC is still reviewing the interpretation that this work is part of a public <br />endeavor and not a private venture, but has continued working with the City in getting <br />the necessary work completed. <br />Fiscal Impacts <br />Funds in the amount of $84,000 are available in Redevelopment Agency's Downtown <br />Funding Contingency Budget to pay for this work.
