A description of recommended retrofits/replacements, including comments on how the
lighting appearance may change. This section of the report will list the following data for
each proposed lighting retrofit/replacement recommendation:
o Peak demand savings (kV relative to existing,
o Annual electrical savings (kWh) relative to existing,
o Annual cost savings relative to existing,
o GHG reduction, in metric tons carbon dioxide equivalents (MTCO2e),
o Estimated installed cost,
o Applicable utility incentives,
o Simple payback, and
o Measure useful life.
ATTY/AGR/2012.091/ENERGY SOLUTIONS
REV:07-23-12 VR
