Queue Management: Develop and implement means to manage Queue at public counter <br /> to eliminate stress and confusion and to minimize customer wait time; <br /> 14. Accuracy & Quality Assurance: Monitor� work to ensure that proper procedures have been <br /> carried out in enforcement of codes; on a monthly basis ensure that permits issued reports <br /> are reviewed and edited to ensure accurate data collection (value, dwelling units, floor area, <br /> work category); also, monitor work' and provide feedback to improve accuracy and <br /> effectiveness in other areas; <br /> 15. Cash Management: Collaborate with Finance to assess current cash management <br /> approach, to assess risk and then develop and implement changes to remove possible risks <br /> and temptations from cash management process; <br /> 16. Document Archive System: Develop and implement means to manage and control <br /> documents and ensure they are timeiy imaged & indexed and that we have system to <br /> ensure quality and completeness of arehived documents (plans, permits, reports, etc.); <br /> 17.
