Penal Code sect�on 933.05 (fl prohibits any officer, agency, <br /> 6.1.K. - Page 21 � �overning body of a pul�lic agency from disclosing any contents <br /> of the repor� priar to the public refease of this repor�. <br /> Response: <br /> • A list of three or more separate telephone contacts to insure that at least ane responsible of�cial <br /> or responder is made aware of an emergency at th� facility�• Other actions that would be <br /> undertaken to mitigate the danger in the event of an emergency0• The mast recent inspection <br /> report <br /> The Office o�Ernergency Services and Homeland Security (OES/HS) is adrninistered by a Joint <br /> Powers Authority (JPA) in which each City and the County participate in by Ernergency Services <br /> Cauncii participation and funding. It is the standard business practice of OES/HS to work <br /> cooperatively and in concert with.each City and the County. <br /> OESIHS has aiready acquired several templates of Emergency Action Plans (EAP} for dams and <br /> wili insure each dam owner is offered staff assistance in completing these template�to facilitate <br /> the writing of the EAP far the individual dams.
