Street name signs, traffic warning signs, required traffic and crosswalk <br /> lines, and similar devices including traffic calming measures, all in <br /> accordance with standard specifications of the City. <br /> d. Storm drainage system, including on and off site grading and drainage <br /> structures. <br /> e. Water system including fire hydrants with required appurtenances. <br /> f. Sanitary sewer system and appurtenant structures, laterals for each lot <br /> including such connections as are required. (Location and depth of <br /> such laterals shall be indicated on construction drawings.) <br /> g. Street tree and other street plantings which shall be installed by the <br /> City and the cost of which shall be reimbursed by the applicant. <br /> h. The enhancement planting along Cordilleras Creek. <br /> 29.Applicant's future improvement plans shall be prepared using NAVD88 or <br /> another control datum acceptable to the City Engineer. <br /> 30.All slopes shall be shown on the plans, and finished grades shall be designed <br /> to have a minimum slope of 1%. <br /> 31.All on-site utilities shall be undergrounded. <br /> 32.Water shall be served from the existing 8" main on Finger Ave. A Public Utility <br /> Easement shall be dedicated for water, sewer, gas, electric, cable, and <br /> telecom via the subdivision map. A fire hydrant shall be located at or near the <br /> end of the water line to allow the water line to be flushed if needed to maintain <br /> water quality.
