8.A. - Page 86 ATTACHMENT3 47.Applicant shall, prior to the issuance of any demolition, building, or grading permit, submit a construction staging plan for the review and approval of the City Engineer and/or Chief Building Official or designee. The plan shall show where construction materials will be stockpiled prior to use, where construction debris will be collected, how frequently the debris will be removed, and where parking will be provided for construction equipment and construction workers. Construction activity on the Project site shall be in compliance with the approved construction staging plan 48.The access roadway shall be constructed and the fire hydrant(s) installed, functional and found satisfactory by the Fire Department before any combustible building materials are brought on site or before building inspection of the first building foundation, whichever occurs first. 49.The number and location of fire hydrants shall not be less than required by the Uniform Fire Code. These shall be shown on the improvement plans and constructed as part of the subdivision improvements. 50. Each of the houses in the development shall have an approved automatic fire sprinkler system installed, in accordance with Redwood City Ordinance 2326. 51.The private roadway shall be designed and maintained to support the imposed loads of fire apparatus (American Association of State Highway Transportation Officials, Standard H20) and it shall be designed with a finished surface that provides all-weather vehicle access in accordance with International Fire Code 503.2.3. 52.The private roadway shall be designated as a fire lane and shall be marked in accordance with the California Vehicle Code, Section 22500.1. On the private roadway entering from Finger Avenue, the development shall have a sign posted which clearly advises that there shall be no parking or stopping allowed along the roadway. 53.The water system serving the Project site shall provide the needed fire flow requirement of not less than 1,000 gallons per minute, with a minimum residual pressure of 20 pound per square inch for the duration of at least two hours, in accordance with the International Fire Code Appendix B. 54.The Project shall meet all other necessary Engineering, Fire and Building Department conditions of approval. 55.Applicant shall comply with all State and Federal regulations applicable to the P roj ect.
