WHEREAS, a notice of fhe City Council's public hearing on the Finger Avenue Project, including the Final EIR, was mailed on June 27, 20�2 and duly pubiished in the Redwood City Daily News on June 29, 2012, and the City Council �eld a public hearing on the Finger Avenue Project on July 9, 2012, ir� accordance with ali applicable requirements of the State Planning and Zoning Law and ki�e Redwoad City Zoning Ordinance, to consider Plar�ned De�elopment Permit Application No. PD2008-06 and Vesting Tentative Map Application No. TM2408-08, and recei�ed and considered oral and documentary e�idence on the appiication; and WHEREAS, on July 9, 2Q92, the City Cauncil certified the Final EIR prepared by the City in accordance with the requirements of CEQA and, based on the EIR, adapted a Mitigation Manitioring and Reporting Program in campliance with all CEQA requirements. NOW, THEREFQRE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ClTY COUNCI� OF THE CITY O� REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The City Council finds that the abave recitals are accurate and constitute findings in this matter and, together with the Staff Report and the applica#ion materials, including w�tho�t limitation the Final EIR, de�elopmer�t plan, vesting tentative map, and all other documents, reparts, studies, memoranda, maps, aral and written testimony, an� materials in the City's file far the applECations and the Project, and all adopted City planning documents relating ta the Project and the properky including the City's Genera! Plan, Municipal Code, Zaning Ordi�ance, and other applicable City laws and regulations, and a!i associated approved and certified en�ironmentaf docum�nts, have together served as an adequate and apprapriate e�identiary basis far the �indings and actions set forth in this Resolution. Section 2. Planned De�elopment PD2008-Q6: Subject to Modifications Outlines in Section 3 below, the City Council finds that: (a) The project and impro�ements propvsed by �inger Avenue Planned ❑evelopment Permit Application No. PD2008-Q6 are cvnsistent with, canfarm to the intent of, and will appropriately implement Zoning Ordinance Article 46 (Planned Development} because the Project: 1.
