In addition, the Project will incorporate <br /> landscaping and fencing between the Projec# site and adjacent, <br /> neighboring properties, including the adjacent histaric Finger <br /> Farmhause. An on-site storm drainage system wouid also be instalied <br /> in order to filter and treat storm drainage that woufd be conveyed at <br /> discharge rates and duration ta match pre-project rates. The storm <br /> water system would con�ey water to Finger Avenue, which feeds into <br /> the City's storm drain system at EI Camino Real. <br /> Section 3.
