The <br /> Final Map shall not be recorded until ali the subdivision impravements ar� <br /> constructed, or the appl�cant has entered into a 5ubdivision Improvement <br /> Agreement and provided financial gUarantees acceptable to the City to ensure <br /> the construction of the subdi�ision impro�ements. <br /> 58.The individual lats may not be sold or conveyed until the �inal Map has been <br /> recorded. <br /> 59.Applicant shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the City, its officers, <br /> emplayees and agents, including but not limited ta the Planning Commission <br /> and the City Counci! and the Planning Commission's and City Council's <br /> ofFicers, employees and agents, from any and all claims, law�uits, actions, or <br /> proceedings from third party(ies} invol�ing or related to the City's <br /> consideration andlor approval of Finger Avenus Planned De�efopment Permit <br /> Application No. PD2a08-D6. The City shall pramptfy notify Applicant of any <br /> such claim, action ar proceeding and shall cooperate fully in t�e defense. <br /> Section 6.
