The recommended Project Alternative wauld thus only require �xceptions ta Iot size for sloping lots, building setbacks and to the City's private roadway engineering standar�; and WHEREAS, a notice of the City Council's public hearing on the Finger Avenue Project, including the F'inal EIR, was mailed on June 27, 2012 and �uly published in the Redwaod City Daily News on June 29, 2012, and the City Council f�eld a public hearing on the �ingEr Av�nue Project an July 9, 2012, in accordance with all a�plicable requirements of the State Planning and Zoning Law and the Redwood City Zoning Ordinance, to consider Planned Development Permit Application No. PD20Q8-06 and Vesting Tentati�e Map Application No. TM2008-08, and recei�ed and considered oral and documentary evidence on the applicatian; and WHEREAS, on July 9, 2012, the Ci#y Co�ncil certi�ed the Final Project EIR prepared by the City in accordance with the requirements of CEQA and, based on the EIR, adopted a Mitigation Manitoring and Reporting Pragram in compliance with all CEQA requirements; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCfL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS �OL�OWS: Sectian 1. The City Council finds that the above recitals are accurate and constitut� findings in this matter and, together with the complete recard of proceedings for the Final EIR and the Praject, which includes withaut limitation all Staff Reports and appfication materials, including tha Final EIR, development plan, vestirtg tentati�e map, and all ather documents, reports, studies, memoranda, maps, oral and written testimony, and materials in the City's fle for the applica�ions and the Project, and ali adapted City planning documents relating to the Project and the property including the City's General Plan, Municipal Code, Zoning �rdinance, and ather applicable City laws and regulations, and all associated appro�ed and certified en�ironmental dacuments, ser�ed as an adequate and ap�rapriate e�identiary basis for the findings and actions set forth in this Resolution.
