Vest�ng Tentatirre Map TM2008�08: Consistent with <br /> Municipal Code Section 30.42, and subject to the Exception outfined in <br /> Sectian 3 below, the City Co�ncil finds that: <br /> a, The map, design, and impro�ements of the proposed subdivision are <br /> consistent with the City of Redwoad City General Plan and Zoning <br /> Ordinance, the California Subdivision Map Act and the City of <br /> Redwoad City Municipal Code, and all applicable subdi�ision <br /> improvement requirements. <br /> b. The site of the proposed subdivision is physicaily suited far t�e type <br /> and density of the proposed development. <br /> �. The design and proposed impro��ments are not likely to cause <br /> substantial environmental damage, subs#antialfy injure fish, wildlife or <br /> their habitat, or cause serious public heaith prablems. <br /> d. The design and proposed impravements will not conflict wi#h essential <br /> public easements far access through, or use af, property w�thin the <br /> praposed subdivisian. The Project design and praposed improvements <br /> will meet aif necessary criteria consistent with the above, if and where <br /> applicable. <br /> e. Exception to the roadway design identified in Section 3 complies with <br /> requiremer�ts for findirtgs described in Section 30.118 and Section <br /> 30.69, and the tentative map is deemed workable with the granting of <br /> such exception. Findings consist�nt with the preceding statement are <br /> provided in Section 3 af this Resolution. <br /> f. The map design and improvements are cansistent witi� written public <br /> policy and with the public interest. Exception ta the City's Private Roadway Engineering Standard to <br /> allow a 22 foot wide, one-way roadway with a four foot wide rolled curbl <br /> pa�er pedestrian pathway raised 3 inches that is incorporated within the 22 <br /> foot dimension where the City en�ineering standard normally requires a 25- <br /> foot wide, fwo-way roadway and a five foot sidewalk.
