4.3 Ensure that construction contractor(s) have provided all Project records, <br /> drawings, O&M manual, warranties and guarantees, and test reports, as <br /> required and as directed by COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR. <br /> 4.4 PROJECT MANAGER shall monitor and coordinate the engineer's <br /> preparation of a detailed listing of construction contractor omissions and <br /> defects (commonly referred to as a punch list) and final inspection of the <br /> Project. PROJECT MANAGER shall schedule, coordinate and supervise <br /> the inspection of the Project for conformance with Project documents, and <br /> distribute a joint final inspection with CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, other <br /> agencies, and any other parties as are necessary and/or required. The <br /> final inspection shall list all deficiencies and that the PROJECT <br /> MANAGER shall direct the contractor to correct them within thirty (30) <br /> calendar days and PROJECT MANAGER shall check utilities, operating <br /> systems and equipment for operational readiness. <br /> 4.5 Prepare all necessary documentation for CITY OF REDWOOD CITY'S <br /> final acceptance of Project, contract closeout and final report. <br /> 4.6 Upon completion of construction of the Project, PROJECT MANAGER <br /> shall provide a written statement verifying to the CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY that, to the best of PROJECT MANAGER'S knowledge, the Project <br /> has been completed in accordance with the construction contract <br /> documents and any change orders thereto, and in accordance with any <br /> and all applicable codes and ordinances.
