I <br /> EXHIBIT "B" <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> DEPOT CIRCLE PROJECT <br /> Table of Articles: <br /> 0.0 GENERAL <br /> 1.0 PROJECT MANAGEMENT <br /> 2.0 PRE-CONSTRUCTION SERVICES <br /> 3.0 PERMTTING ASSISTANCE <br /> 4.0 CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION <br /> 5.0 CLOSE-OUT <br /> 0.0 GENERAL <br /> PROJECT MANAGER working with the Community Development Director shall <br /> provide the services as outlined below for successful delivery of the Block 2 Depot <br /> Circle Project (hereinafter"PROJECT"). <br /> 0.1 The performance of all services by PROJECT MANAGER shall be to the <br /> satisfaction of the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY. <br /> 0.2 All of the services to be furnished by the PROJECT MANAGER under this <br /> AGREEMENT from the inception of the AGREEMENT until termination of <br /> the AGREEMENT shall meet the professional standards and quality which <br /> prevail among project/construction management consultants/contractors <br /> of similar knowledge and skill engaged in similar work on projects <br /> throughout California under the same or similar circumstances. All <br /> services perFormed by PROJECT MANAGER shall be in compliance with <br /> all applicable federal, state and local codes, rules and regulations which <br /> are in force at the time such services are rendered. <br /> 0.3 PROJECT MANAGER shall coordinate all services with and <br /> communications between the REDWOOD CITY's COMMUNITY <br /> DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR, and REDWOOD CITY's separate design <br /> professional, the Developer (Hunter Storm) and consultants pertorming <br /> work on this PROJECT. <br /> 0.4 PROJECT MANAGER shall attend all meetings necessary, and as <br /> directed by the COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR, in order to <br /> complete all services to the satisfaction of THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY. <br /> ATTY/AGR/2012.097/VANIR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT <br /> REV:08-07-12 VR <br /> Page 17 of 23 <br />
