1- Contractor shall provide Emergency Work after normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm) <br /> as required to fix traffic signals, street lights, or other electrical problem that requires immediate <br /> assistance. <br /> 2- Contractor shall maintain and repair Other Lighting Equipment(all of the lighted crosswalks, flashing <br /> beacons, speed signs, safety lighting,perimeter lighting,parking lot lighting, or other lighting <br /> equipment on any building, land, or property owned by the City). <br /> a. All labor,tools, equipment,materials necessary to properly maintain the Other Lighting <br /> Equipment owned by the City. <br /> b. Regular Service(normal business hours: Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm) <br /> 1. Any service requests <br /> 2. Any call outs <br /> 3- Contractor shall designate representatives who will be available to other City departments for <br /> consultation upon request. <br /> a. All consultations will be billed at the Contractar's straight time labar rate. <br /> 4- Contractor shall install new equipment as required. <br /> Other Details <br /> Response and Service <br /> Contractor will provide 24-Hour Emergency phone service and have qualified Technicians available 24- <br /> Hours per day, 7 days a week on an annual basis to respond to all emergency calls in a timely manner, <br /> meeting or exceeding standards set by the City. Contractor must provide service within the specified time <br /> frames: <br /> 1- Traffic Signals <br /> a. Emergency and Accident work— 1 hour ar less <br /> b. Outages and Signal malfunction—2 hours or less <br /> c. Replacement of burned out signal lamps—2 hours or less <br /> d. Safety street lighting—48 hours or less <br /> 2- Street-Lighting <br /> a. Emergency and Accident work—2 hours or less <br /> b. Outages or malfunctions—48 hours or less <br /> 3- Decorative Tree Lights <br /> a. All requests—2 hours or less <br /> Permanent repair work from normal maintenance and emergency wark shall be completed as soon as <br /> possible and in all cases within 21 calendar days or less, unless extended by the City. <br /> Meetin�s• <br /> Contractar shall work with City staff to identify a meeting schedule. The purpose of ineetings shall <br /> include updates about work performed, new projects, or other related topics.
