Contractar shall submit to City's <br /> Hurrran Ser�ices Manager a B month program progress report and an annual pragram report <br /> documenting Contractar's success in meeting the Pragram objec#ives referenced in paragraph 2, The 6 <br /> month pragress report is due on January 31, 2013 and tF�e annual program report is due on July 31St, <br /> 2013. If Cantractar shall fail to submit either of their reports on a timely basis, City may terminate this <br /> agreement and may disqualify ager�cy from applying for any fu#ure funding. <br /> Said reports shall also include an expenditure repart and the total number of direct beneficiaries <br /> with demographic information regarding income, household composition, ethnicity, age and other data as <br /> required by City or the United 5tates Department of Hausing and Urban De��lopment and shall be <br /> submitted on forms provided by City's Human Services Manager. In the event that the Contractor has nat <br /> expende� all of the funds granted, Contractor shall return by check to the City of Redwood City the <br /> amount not spent. <br /> 7. FiNANCIAL STATEMENTIANALYSIS� AUDIT. Contractor shall mak� a�ailabfe to City, or <br /> the public, upon request, a financial statement and anafysis setting forth in detai! the rr�anner in which, <br /> and the specific purposes for which, the funds paid hereunder were expended to the date of s�ch <br /> accounting.
