f. Coordinate with Redwood City on the western alignment and connection <br /> between the undercrossing and Convention way <br /> g. Provide support for the dry utility relocations within project limits <br /> h. Develop a lighting layout, landscaping plan, and irrigation plan for the path <br /> i. Electrical engineering consultant shall design a warning system (i.e. call boxes, <br /> flashing beacon, etc.) <br /> j. As needed during design, attend meetings with Caltrans, SBSA, PG&E, AT&T <br /> and Redwood City. Redwood City staff shall attend all meetings the consultant <br /> schedules with other agencies. Consultant shall present the preliminary plans to <br /> the agencies to ensure compliance with agency regulations and establish <br /> necessary steps needed to obtain permits. <br /> k. Prepare wall type selection report <br /> I. Prepare CEQA/Environmental clearance <br /> m. Provide support for the edge (slope) treatment/regulatory permitting efforts <br /> n. Prepare preliminary construction cost estimates <br /> Plans are to be prepared using AutoCAD software and design will be in <br /> accordance with current Federal and State design standards, California MUTCD <br /> guidelines, and the City of Redwood City's design standards. <br /> Deliverables: Public presentation exhibits, five hard copy sets of plans and .pdf's of the <br /> plans and cost estimates, five hard copies of the Geotechnical design report, five hard <br /> copies of the technical study reports and final mitigated negative declaration (MND), <br /> fifteen MND Summary Form with 15 cds of full MND for submittal to the State (CEQA <br /> requirement) <br /> Task 4— Public Outreach <br /> Consultant shall: <br /> a. Assist City to develop informational flyers and handouts for up to 2 outreach <br /> meetings with the community. Consultant shall attend the community meetings. <br /> Deliverables: Informational flyers to advertise the meeting, handouts for the meeting, <br /> and color renderings of conceptual designs for discussion purposes. Provide a <br /> summary of ineeting comments. <br /> Task 5— Construction Documents <br /> Consultant shall: <br /> a. Coordinate with City staff for two plan check reviews by Redwood City, Caltrans, <br /> SBSA, and other appropriate permitting agencies. If requested by the City, <br /> Consultant shall be available to meet to discuss and review comments. <br /> b.
