CONSULTANT <br /> shall also provide written responses to all review comments. CONSULTANT's services <br /> for this Task shall include: <br /> 2.1 CONSULTANT shall prepare Design Development Documents (50% <br /> Construction Documents) which, at a minimum, shall include: <br /> a. Architectural Site Plan, showing paved. Landscaped, and parking areas <br /> adjacent to building (diagrammatic only, for purposes of identifying drop- <br /> off location and lay-down area for General Contractor); <br /> b. Floor Plans indicating typical construction and details, <br /> c. Building Sections; <br /> d. Interior Elevations with materials indicated; <br /> e. Structural plans and typical details as required; <br /> f. Mechanical plans and cut sheets of equipment, including energy <br /> management systems, <br /> g. Fire alarm systems and smoke detector plans, schedules and details; <br /> h. Plumbing plans and cut sheets of equipment; <br /> i. Electrical plans and cut sheets of equipment, including plans for phone, <br /> wire data, , and energy management systems; <br /> 2.2 CONSULTANT shall submit Design Development Documents (50% Construction <br /> Documents) to CITY for CITY's review and approval with exceptions and <br /> comments noted. CITY shall compile all review comments on Design <br /> Development Documents and submit to CONSULTANT. <br /> 2.3 Based on the Design Development Documents (50% Construction Documents)„ <br /> CONSULTANT shall produce and submit to CITY an Estimate of Probable <br /> Construction Cost in CSI Masterformat format. CONSULTANT shall meet with <br /> CITY staff to review estimate. <br /> Deliverables. CONSULTANT shall submit the Design Development Documents <br /> (50% Construction Documents), to CITY as one (1) unbound reproducible black- <br /> line on bond set and one (1 black-line bound sets in 24" x 36" or 30" x 42" <br /> minimum size and AutoCAD/PDF format. CONSULTANT shall submit one (1) <br /> original hard copy of the Estimate of Probable Construction Cost based upon <br /> Design Development Documents in CSI MasterFormat format. CONSULTANT <br /> shall also provide an electronic version of the Estimate of Probable Construction <br /> Cost in CSI Masterformat. The electronic copy shall be an Excel document. <br /> Task3. Construction Documents.
