Construction Documents consistent with the CITY's standard bid package. During the <br /> Construction Documents Phase, CONSULTANT shall provide the following services: <br /> 3.1 CONSULTANT shall prepare Draft Construction Documents for review and <br /> comment by CITY at the 90% and 100% stages of completion. CONSULTANT <br /> shall submit 90% complete Construction Documents to authorities having <br /> jurisdiction over the project for plan check and approval. CONSULTANT shall <br /> revise the Construction Documents based on CITY and regulatory authorities' <br /> comments. CONSULTANT shall prepare written responses to all review <br /> comments on 90% Construction Documents and shall submit written responses <br /> to CITY. CONSULTANT shall submit 100% Construction Documents to CITY <br /> and to authorities having jurisdiction over the Project for final permitting and <br /> approval. At a minimum, the 90% and 100% submittals shall include: <br /> a. Demolition Plan; <br /> e. Site plan; <br /> f. Floor plans; <br /> g. Roof Plan (relevant to limited scope of work); <br /> h. Reflected Ceiling Plan; <br /> i. Finish Plan & Finish Schedule; <br /> j. Interior Elevations; <br /> k. Building Sections; <br /> I.. Door and Window Schedule; <br /> m. Wall Sections; <br /> n. Architectural Details; <br /> o. Title 24 Calculations; <br /> p. Structural Plans and Details as required; <br /> q. Structural Calculations; <br /> r. Mechanical Plans, Schedules and Details, including plans, schedules anc� <br /> details for energy management systems; <br /> s. Fire alarm system and smoke detector plans, schedules and details; <br /> t. Plumbing Plans, Schedules and Details; <br /> u. Electrical Plans, Single Line Diagrams, Schedules and Details, including <br /> plans, schedules and details for phone, wire data, building security, and <br /> energy management systems; and <br /> v. A full set of technical specifications (Divisions 1 through 48) in the CSI <br /> Standard Format, for inclusion in the Project Manual. <br /> 3.3 Based on the Construction Documents, CONSULTANT shall update the Estimate <br /> of Probable Construction Cost and produce and submit to CITY an updated <br /> Estimate of Probable Construction Cost in CSI Masterformat format. <br /> CONSULTANT shall meet with CITY to review cost estimate.
