Tiebacks will not be de-tensioned but will loose effectiveness over time and are not permanent. • Winterization costs for shoring are not included in the GMP. • Shoring is based on a continuous and uninterrupted flow of work over the entire site. Impacts for additional move ins or delays to access areas of work or buildings are not included in the GMP. • Bond for Shorin subcontractor is included. 2230 GRADING & All grading and paving work is excluded from the Scope of Work and PAVING is to be accomplished under the Site Contract or by RWC (see below). • All new paving, decorative pavers, resurfacing or patching at Broadway, Jefferson or Middlefield Road /Theater Way is excluded and to be b others. 2235 MASS • Mass excavation based on cut of 23'-3" from existing grade to bottom EXCAVATION of base rock as noted in plans. Over excavation below elevation of subgrade is excluded. • Excavation is based on use of shoring and lagging at building line and shotcrete or one-sided forms. Over excavation or backfill beyond line of building is excluded. • Temporary access ramp into excavation for trucks, equipment and cranes through structural steel erection. • Assume that new concrete culvert installed by others will support (after 27 day cure time) equipment loads for all trades needing access to lower level of garage including pile rig, excavation equipment and trucks, concrete and pump trucks, rubber tired crane for steel erection, etc. • Demolition of existing box culvert to limits of excavation is included in Mass Excavation. • Filling of existing culvert beyond limits of work is excluded. • Mass excavation is based on a continuous and uninterrupted flow of work over the entire site. Impacts for delays to access areas of work are not included in the GMP. • Impacts for adverse winter conditions, mud removal, contaminated soils; archeological finds, etc. aze excluded. • Bond for Earthwork subcontractor is included. 2355 PILING • 15 -55' indicator piles are included. • We assumed one mobilization and continuous flow of work with one rig using normal work hours (OT is excluded). • We have included the following pile quantity and length: ^ 327 12" SQ PCP's @ 45' ^ 446 14" SQ PCP's @ 45' • 120 18" SQ PCP's @ 45' • Pile cap connection exposed strands. • Included pre-drilling. • Subcontractor bond is included. • Pile cut-offs are excluded. • Piles at perimeter continuos footings are excluded. • Schedule based on using one pile-driving rig. • Noise and vibration monitoring is excluded.
