TASK S — FINAL (100%) DESIGN SUBMITTAL <br />Incorporate 65% Design Submittal review comments and prepare the 100% Design Submittal <br />consisting of bid -ready documents and the following: <br />1. Drawings including general and construction notes, demolition plan, site grading and piping <br />plan, civil details, structural plans and details, architectural plans and details, electrical plans <br />and details. <br />2. Technical specifications in CSI format to supplement the City's front-end specifications. <br />3. Final control strategy report and specification. <br />4. Engineer's opinion of probable construction cost. <br />5. Estimated construction schedule. <br />6. Final engineering calculations. <br />7. SCADA/PLC programming. <br />Deliverables: <br />• One (1) set of full-size plans and specifications with wet stamp and signature of the Engineer <br />of Record. <br />• Electronic copy of the drawings in AutoCAD (version 2012 or later) and PDF format. <br />• Final engineering calculations. <br />• Specification documents in Word, cost estimate in Excel, and construction schedule in <br />Microsoft Project formats. <br />TASK 6 — BID SUPPORT AND CONSTRUCTION SERVICES <br />Consultant and its subconsultants, Burks Toma, JSP, Bevaz, EDCCO, and RF Yeager, as related to their <br />expertise and responsibilities shall perform the following services during the bidding process, <br />construction, and start upphase of the project. <br />1. Provide a list of prospective bidders, information and responses during the bid phase. <br />2. Attend and conduct pre-bid meeting. Respond to questions from prospective bidders. <br />Consultant will provide input on one (1) addendum that will be issued by the City. Review bid <br />summaries. <br />3. Attend the pre -construction meeting and preliminary site visit and provide technical input. <br />4. Review shop drawings/submittals (assumes 40 with 10 resubmittals), changes order requests <br />(assumes 4), requests for information (assumes 20), and provide written recommendations to <br />the City. <br />S. Provide technical support during pump station startup and acceptance testing. Consultant <br />shall assume a total of twenty-four (24) hours of technical support from the project electrical <br />engineer and SCADA engineer. <br />6. Prepare Record Drawings based on construction field notes and limited field review by the <br />Consultant. Consultant shall assume four (4) construction field visits to be performed by the <br />project manager or project engineer, four (4) by the structural engineer, two (2) by the <br />architect, and one (1) by the landscape architect. Consultant shall furnish one (1) set of full- <br />size plans on 4 -mil mylar media along with drawing files for each discipline in AutoCAD. <br />Additional services are included in Tasks 9, 12, 13, and 14 to address environmental mitigation and <br />monitoring of the project during the construction phase. <br />Page 5 of 23 <br />REV: 08-16-17 PR <br />ATTY/AGR.Amendment No. l/Infrastructure Engineering Corporation - CA Tank <br />
