Authorize execution of the agreement with CDM Smith and modify the agreement. <br /> FISCAL IMPACT <br /> Funding for the project is from the Parking District Fund — Parking Facility Operations <br /> budget, which has an available balance of $712,775, as of September 30, 2012.
