This parking <br /> area design shall be reviewed by the Redwood City Engineering and <br /> Construction Division during Building Permit review. <br /> <br /> 10. The site landscapin§ and irrigation shall conform to the Redwood <br /> Water Conservation E~ui~/e//ne£. <br /> <br /> il. The developer shall obtain an Architectural Permit for site, building, signs, <br /> lighting and landscape/irrigation detail improvements from Redwood City <br /> Community Development Services prior to issuance of the Building Permit. <br /> <br /> t2. The developer shall obtain a Planned Development Permit from the <br /> Planning Commission specifying 'the on and off site improvements prior to <br /> issuance of the Building Permit. <br /> <br /> ~L3. The developer shall obtain a Use Permit from the Zoning Administrator for <br /> the proposed mixed-use project prior to issuance of the Building Permit. <br /> <br /> 14. The developer shall obtain a Tree Remova~ Permit from Public Works <br /> Services for the heritage sized Sycamore tree. The developer shall abide by <br /> tine tree [-ep[aceme~t mitigation program for replanting the property. <br /> <br /> 15. To help reduce project noise impacts to the nearby residential uses, <br /> construction hours shall be restricted to 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. on weekdays <br /> <br /> <br />
