No franchise fee shall be payable by Company to Agency <br />before the next rate review under the Uniform Collection <br />Agreement. <br /> <br /> 4. TERM. The term of this Agreement shall be the same as <br />the term of the Uniform Collection Agreement as set forth in <br />Section 2.2 thereof, and ~t shall be subject to the same <br />extensions and to the same notices of determination not to extend <br />as there provided. <br /> <br /> 5. SCOPE OF SERVICES. Company shall provide recycling <br />services to Residential, Commercial and Industrial Properties in <br />the Service Area of Agency substantially in accordance with its <br />proposal therefor submitted to the Authority on March 4, 1988 <br />under the title "Residential Curbside Collection of Source <br />Separated Recyclables "(hereinafter "Proposal"). A copy of the <br />Proposal is on file with Agency and is incorporated herein by <br />this reference. Company's duty to perfoz~ in accordance with the <br />Proposal shall be deemed to include, but not be limited to, the <br />provision of a Recycling Center, vehicles, equipment, and <br />personnel substantially as set forth in the Proposal. <br /> <br /> A. Residential Recycling Program. Company shall <br /> provide a Residential Recycling Program to all Residential <br /> Properties. The Residential Recycling Program shall consist <br /> of not less than the following services: <br /> <br /> (1) The provision of Recycling Containers by <br /> Company at its expense to owners or occupants of <br /> Residential Properties in the Service Area of Agency. <br /> At all times the containers shall be the property of <br /> <br /> 4 <br /> <br /> <br />
