Company. Company shall make a reasonable effort to <br /> maintain or replace damaged or lost Recycling <br /> Containers. <br /> <br /> (2) The collection not less than weekly by <br /> Company of all source separated Recyclable Materials <br /> ~et out at curbside in Recycling Containers or in a <br /> manner accpetable to Company and Agency. <br /> <br /> (3) Company shall collect Recyclable Materials <br /> within 24 hours from a residence from which Company has <br /> received notice of a missed collection. <br /> <br /> B. Commercial and Industrial Recycling Program. <br />Company shall develop as soon as practical a proposal for a <br />commercial and industrial recycling program which, upon <br />approval by Authority and Agency, Company shall implement in <br />the Service Area of Agency. <br /> <br /> C. Ownership of Recyclable Materials. All Recyclable <br />Materials collected by Company pursuant to this Agreement <br />shall become the property of Company upon its taking <br />possession thereof. <br /> <br /> D. Recyclin~ Center. Company at its expense shall <br />construct and operate a Recycling Center substantially in <br />accordance with the Proposal. <br /> <br /> E. Public Information and Education Program. Company <br />shall conduct a public information and education program <br />substantially in accordance with the program set forth in <br />the Proposal. <br /> <br /> <br />
