F. Records and Reports. Company shall make quarterly <br /> reports to Agency, with a copy to Authority, setting forth: <br /> <br /> (1) The total weight for each category of <br /> Recyclable Material collected; and <br /> <br /> (2) The total dollar amount received for each <br /> category of Recyclable Material sold. <br /> Such reports shall be filed within fifteen days of the <br /> end of the calendar quarter, on forms approved by Authority. <br /> Company shall maintain in accordance with Section 5.2 of the <br /> Uniform Collection Agreement such records as are necessary <br /> for the preparation of the reports required by this <br /> subsection. <br /> <br /> G. Other Recycling Programs. Company shall cooperate <br /> with non-profit community-based organizations attempting to <br /> carry out bona fide recycling programs in the Service Area <br /> of Agency, including the purchase from such organizations of <br /> Recyclable Materials at fair market value. <br /> <br /> 6. COMMENCEMENT OF RECYCLING SERVICES. Company shall <br />commence performance of the Residential Recycling Program as soon <br />as Company can secure the necessary materials and vehicles. The <br />surcharge rate for the recycling service shall first appear on <br />customers' bills for the month when the recycling service <br />commences within the Service Area of Agency. <br /> <br /> 7. COMPENSATION FOR RECYCLING SERVICE. As compensation <br />for its recycling services hereunder Company shall receive: <br /> <br /> <br />
