Vectors

Vectors am not a problem as long as good housekeeping practices am followed in
the day to day operations of the compost facility. All alleys between windrows will
be scraped after each windrow turning event, and any litter blowing on site will be
picked up daily. Once a windrow is built and it reaches temperature (131°F - 150°F),
~ectors are typically not a problem due to the high temperature of the windrows
during active composting.

Traffic

Due to the nature of operations at the landfill and the proximity of the facility to
Highway 92, traffic is not anticipated to be a nuisance. The matedal that will enter
the facility has been historically landfilled, therefore them is no net increase in
incoming traffic expected. Any additional outgoing traffic will travel at non-peak
driving time to minimize congestion.

Operating Days and Hours

The Ox Mountain Compost Facility will operate (5) five days per week.
