1 2.12 Compostin~ Facility. <br /> 2 "Composting Facility" means a facility in Full Regulatory Compliance where <br /> 3 Green Waste is composted for future use and/or marketing. <br /> <br /> 4 2.13 Curbside <br /> 5 "Curbside" means the location of a Container for pick-up, not more than five (5) <br /> 6 feet from the street curb. Where no street curb exists, the location shall be within <br /> 7 five (5) feet from the outside edge of the street nearest the property's entrance. <br /> <br />8 2.14 Customer <br />9 "Customer" means any person, business, firm, institution, or other entity that <br />10 either has or is required to have any type of Solid Waste service from Company. <br /> <br />11 2.15 Disposal/Dispose <br />12 "Disposal" means the ultimate disposition of residual Solid Waste Collected by <br />13 Company at a landfill in Full Regulatory Compliance or other fully permitted <br />14 Disposal Site. <br /> <br />15 2.16 Environmental Day <br />16 "Environmental Day" means the day of the week on which Company shall <br />17 collect Recyclable Materials and Green Waste. The Environmental Day may fall <br />18 on a day that is different from the regular day designated for the Collection of <br />19 Solid Waste.. <br /> <br />20 2.17 Environmental Laws <br />21 "Environmental Laws" means all federal and state statutes, county, local, and <br />22 Agency ordinances and regulations concerning public health, safety, and the <br />23 environment including, by way of example and not limitation, the <br />24 Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of <br />25 1980, 42 USC §9601 et. seq.; the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, 42 <br />26 USC §6902 et. seq.; the Federal Clean Water Act, 33 USC §1251 et. seq.: the Toxic <br />27 Substances Control Act, 15 USC §1601 et. seq.: the Occupational Safety and <br />28 Health Act, 29 USC §651 et. seq.: the California Hazardous Waste Control Act, <br />29 California Health and Safety Code §25100 et. seq.: the California Toxic <br />30 Substances Account Act, California Health and Safety Code §25300 et. seq.: the <br />31 Porter-Cologne Water Quality Control Act, California Water Code §13000 et. <br /> <br /> Page 6 8/2/96 <br /> <br /> <br />
