PERSONNEL <br /> <br />Organization: <br /> <br />At the design throughput of 70,200 tons per year the facility will have a total staff of <br />(11) eleven personnel dedicated to the operation and end product marketing. A <br />breakdown of personnel by category is presented below: <br /> <br /> Administrative <br /> Facility Manager 1 <br /> Cledcal Assistant 1 <br /> Operations/Maintenance <br /> Equipment Operators/Maintenance 4 <br /> .Spotters/Sorters 4 <br /> i Marketing I <br /> Product Market Specialist 1 <br /> TOTAL 11 <br /> <br />All employees at the facility will report to the on-site Facility Manager. <br /> <br />Responsibilities: <br /> <br />Facility Manager <br /> <br />Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the facility. Responsibilities include <br />supervising the entire staff, establishing work schedules, training, assisting <br />subordinates in implementing proper procedures, and monitoring work activities of <br />facility personnel.
