1 4.2.2 Green Waste Containers <br />2 Company shall ~umish to each Green Waste Customer, at no charge to Customer, <br />3 at least one (1) self-adhesive label for each Customer-provided Green Waste <br />4 Container, as described in Company's Proposal (Exhibits 1, 2 and 3). Containers <br />5 on which Customers affix said labels shall be Collected in accordance with the <br />6 provisions of this Agreement. <br />7 Company may als0 offer for purchase Green Waste Containers specially made of <br />8 ' rigid construction for use by Customers. Company's name shall not be <br />9 permanently affixed to any of the containers. Containers shall be identified for <br />10 Green Waste only. Company may not charge a fee exceeding its own direct cost <br />11 of providing and delivering such Containers to Customers, and such fee shall not <br />12 include administrative overhead. By exercising its option to provide such <br />13 Containers, Company does not relieve itself of its responsibility to provide labels <br />14 for Customer-purchased Containers, as provided herein. <br />15 In the event any applicable law requires that a specialized Container be used for <br />16 'Green Waste Collection, Company will furnish such Containers to any <br />17 residential Customer requesting same. Company may charge a fee for such <br />18 containers, as provided herein. <br /> <br />19 4.2.3 Collection Frequency <br />20 Company shall Collect Green Waste from Residential Property within the <br />21 Agency's geographic limits a minimum of once every other week, on the same <br />22 day as the Collection of Recyclable Materials. The Collection day for Green <br />23 Waste and Recyclable Materials will be known as Environmental Day for <br />24 purposes of marketing and designation. The Collection of other Residential Solid <br />25 Waste may be on a day different from Environmental Day. Company will notify <br />26 Green Waste and Recycling customers at least two (2) weeks in advance of any <br />27 scheduled Collection day change(s), including those required due to route <br />28 changes and holidays such as Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New <br />29 Year's Day. <br /> <br />30 4.2.4 Collection Locations <br />31 It is understood that all Collection service will be provided at Curbside, with the <br />32 following exceptions: <br />33 a) Porch or backyard pick-up of Green Waste will be provided by Company <br />34 to residents who are flail, or are medically disabled and as a result are <br />35 unable to bring their Green Waste Containers to the curb.
