1 Collection crew will pick up and return Containers to the alternate <br />2 Collection location for these Customers. <br />3 b) Multi-Family Dwelling Units of two (2) to four (4) units will use the same <br />4 Collection Containers as Single Family Dwelling Units. Company will <br />5 Collect these Containers at Curbside. Multi-Family Dwelling Units of five <br />6 (5) or more units will use larger Containers, such as wheeled carts or bins, <br />7 which will be Collected in a central location reasonably accessible by <br />8 Collection Vehicles. <br />9 Company shall make available an optional backyard Container service for Green <br />10 Waste Collection. Company may charge an additional fee for such service, as <br />11 described in Article VI of this Agreement. <br /> <br />12 4.2.5 Materials Collected <br />13 Materials to be collected on a regular basis include all Green Waste, as defined in <br />14 this Agreement, subject to the provision that all such Green Waste must fit safely <br />15 within a standard Green Waste Container. As part of its educational activities <br />16 specified in Section 5.3, Company shall instruct residents as to any necessary <br />17 preparation of Green Waste, such as the cutting of large items, and the <br />18 appropriate use and placement of Green Waste Containers. <br />19 In the process of Collecting properly prepared Green Waste, Company shall not <br />20 leave Unacceptable Residue at the Collection location. Should Company leave <br />21 Unacceptable Residue at a pick-up site, it shalI be subject to the provisions of <br />22 Section 10.3. <br /> <br />23 4.2.6 Special Collection Programs <br />24 Company shall operate an annual Chrisi~i-~as Tree Collection program for all of <br />25 Agency's Customers. Company shall offer to each Customer, as part of this <br />26 program, the Curbside Collection of Christmas Trees that are not flocked and do <br />27 not contain tinsel, on at least two (2) days within the first two weeks of January <br />28 following Christmas. Company may 'also provide drop-off Collection of <br />29 Christmas Trees. Company will notify all Customers in writing of the dates, <br />30 times, and places of all Christ.~as Tree Collections. <br /> <br />31 4.2.7 Warning Notices <br />32 When Customers improperly sort their Green Waste, or improperly set out their <br />33 Green Waste Containers, Company shall not be obligated to Collect such Green <br />34 Waste, but Company shall issue written warning notices to such Customers <br />35 stating the reason(s) why their Green Waste was not Collected.
