1 ARTICLE VII <br />2 RECORDS~ REPORTS~ AND INFORMATION <br />3 REQUIREMENTS <br />4 7.1 General <br />5 Company shall maintain such accounting, statistical, and other records related to <br />6 its performance under this Agreement as shall be necessary to develop the <br />7 reports required by this Agreement. To this extent, such requirements set out in <br />8 this and other Articles of this Agreement shall not be considered limiting or <br />9 necessarily complete. Further, with the written direction or approval of the <br />10 Manager, the records and reports to be maintained and provided by Company in <br />1! accordance with this and other Articles of the Agreement may be adjusted in <br />12 number, format, or frequency to meet the reasonable needs of Agency. <br /> <br />13 7.2 Records <br />14 7.2.1 General <br />15 Company shall maintain records required to conduct its operations, to support <br />16 requests it may make to Agency, and to respond to requests from Agency in the <br />17 conduct of Agency business. Adequate record security shall be maintained to <br />18 preserve records from events that can be reasonably anticipated such as a fire, <br />19 theft, and earthquake. Electronically maintained data and records shall be <br />20 protected and backed up. <br /> <br />21 7.2.2 Financial Records <br />22 Detailed financial records shall be maintained, and cost and revenue information <br />23 for the Agency shall be segregated from other areas served by Company. <br />24 Company shall record and make available to Agency annually a copy of its <br />25 general ledger, describing the gross Green Waste sales revenue. <br /> <br />26 7.2.3 General Records <br />27 Company shall maintain records for Agency relating to Green Waste collected <br />28 within Agency's geographic jurisdiction, including: <br />29 a) Customer services and billing infomtation; <br />30 b) Character, weight, and volume of Green Waste diverted. Information is to <br />31 be separated by kind of account (including Multi-family Dwelling Units as <br />32 a subset of residential), materia! type, and method of Collection (Self-Haul <br /> <br /> Page37 8/2/96 <br /> <br /> <br />
