! 11.18 Non-Discrimination <br />2 Consistent with Agency's policy that harassment and discrimination are <br />3 unacceptable employer-employee conduct, Company agrees that harassment or <br />4 discrimination directed toward a job applicant, an Agency employee, or a citizen <br />5 by Company or Company's employee on the basis of race, religious creed, color, <br />6 national origin, ancestry, handicap, mental or physical disability, Acquired <br />7 Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS), AIDS-Related Complex (ARC), cancer- <br />8 related medical condition, refusal of family care leave, marital status, denial of <br />9 pregnancy disability leave, veteran status, age, sex, or sexual preference will not <br />10 be tolerated. Company agrees that any and all violations of this provision shall <br />1! constitute a material breach of this Agreement. <br /> <br />12 11.19 Successors <br />13 All duties, obligations, and agreements to be performed, and all rights, <br />14 privileges, and benefits accruing hereunder to Agency, Authority, and Company, <br />15 shall be binding upon, and inure to the benefit of, their respective successors and <br />16 assigns. <br /> <br />17 11.20 Notice of Chan~e of Management or Control <br />18 Company shall notify Agency of any substantial change in the management or <br />19 control of Company within five (5) calendar days following such change. <br /> <br />20 11.21 Notices <br />21 All notices given hereunder shall be in writing and delivered in person or <br />22 transmitted by United States Postal Service via certified mail, postage prepaid, <br />23 addressed as follows: <br /> <br />24 A.
