WHEREAS, the Agency declares its intention of maintaining reasonable rates <br /> 2 and high quality service for the Collection, processing, and marketing of Green Waste; <br /> 3 and, <br /> <br /> 4 WHEREAS, the Company has already instituted a diversion program for Self- <br /> 5 Haul Green Waste (hereinafter defined); and, <br /> <br /> 6 WHEREAS, the Company has submitted a proposal to the Agency dated August <br /> 7 15, 1994, as modified by its proposals dated March 28, 1995, and July 12, 1996; and, <br /> <br />8 WHEREAS, the Company agrees to and acknowledges that it shall arrange for <br />9 the processing of all Green Waste collected in the Agency, and the Agency is not <br />10 directing the Company on how or where to collect and process these materials; and, <br /> <br />1!
