Retaining wall plan, section and foundation. <br /> 5. Tank accessories plan and elevations. <br /> 6. Tank piping and detail plans. <br /> 7. Prepare outline specifications with City supplied contract general and special condition <br /> package. <br /> 8. Prepare preliminary cost estimate. <br /> 9. Design team meetings - Assume 2. <br /> 10. City meetings during 65% design phase. <br /> 11. Preparation of 65% submittal package. <br /> 12.
