Work Product: Various forms of communications containing comments, <br /> suggestions and recommendations. A table will be compiled of software <br /> packages that were evaluated and recommendations. <br /> <br /> Task No. 2: Project Schedule <br /> <br /> Consultant will develop and prepare an integrated Project time schedule <br /> identifying the various work elements and tasks, critical path activities / <br /> milestones, and a table delineating project cash flow requirements Consultant <br /> will also conduct monthly coordination meetings with City and SBSA and produce <br /> / distribute summary meeting notes within 2 working days. <br /> <br /> Work Product: A Project critical path schedule in Gantt chart format, utilizing <br /> Microsoft Project scheduling software application and meeting notes. <br /> <br /> Task No. 3: Reimbursement and VVholesale Supply/Capacity Agreement <br /> Development <br /> <br /> Consultant will assist the Program Manager and the SBSA Manager in identifying <br /> issues that will need to be addressed in the Redwood City and SBSA <br /> Reimbursement and Capacity Agreement. The Consultant will also facilitate, as <br /> needed, any deliberations between the two managers to develop mutually <br /> acceptable positions and language for the Agreement. It is recognized that the <br /> Consultant is currently performing similar Program Management services for <br /> SBSA and that this task is to only assist in facilitating deliberations and not <br /> favoring one position versus another. <br /> <br /> Work Product: Various forms of communications containing comments, <br /> suggestions and recommendations. <br /> <br /> Task No. 4: Financial Planning <br /> <br /> Consultant will assist the Program Manager by attending various financial <br /> planning meetings as requested. Consultant will also periodically consult with <br /> staff at the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) on status of the <br /> Project and obtaining potential financial assistance from the SWRCB. <br /> <br /> Work Product: Various forms of communications containing comments, <br /> suggestions and recommendations, including cash flow table as referenced in <br /> Task 2 above <br /> <br /> Task No. 5: System Design Criteria Development <br /> <br />WBA Agreement 11 Revised 1/12/2004_PCI <br />City Attorney Approved Version 101003 <br /> <br /> <br />
