7.A. - Page 32 ATfACHMENT 1 <br /> plans, details and descriptions contained herein. <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: <br /> General Conditions <br /> 1. The project shall substantially conform to the Pete's Harbor Residential <br /> Community dated September 20, 2012, as revised on October 2, 2012 <br /> and the accompanying project level details on file with the Community <br /> Development Department (CDD) except as modified by the conditions <br /> contained herein. <br /> 2. Any minor modifications to said approved plans and related <br /> information must be submitted to CDD for review and approval prior to <br /> the issuance of a building permit. Substantial modifications, at the <br /> discretion of the Community Development Director, may require submittal <br /> of a new Planned Development Permit. <br /> 3_ The updated (2012) Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program <br /> (MMRP) approved in association with Addendum No. 2 to the 2003 <br /> Environmental Impact Report for the Marina Shores Village Project (State <br /> Clearinghouse #2002022076) shall be incorporated by reference. <br /> 4. The Planned Development Permit and the Vesting Tentative Maps shall <br /> comply with the standards and guidelines in the Zoning Code, the General <br /> Plan of the City of Redwood City, and the subdivision improvement <br /> requirements as set forth in Chapter 30 of the City's Municipal Code and <br /> the Subdivision Map Act. <br /> 5. The applicant shall track and implement the Mitigation Monitoring and <br /> Reporting Program on file with the CDD. A progress report shall be <br /> submitted to the Planning Division at the time of building permit issuance. <br /> 6. The applicant shall identify and obtain any and all necessary regulatory <br /> approvals, including without limitation satisfying all applicable Bay <br /> Conservation and Development Commission requirements, and shall <br /> provide to the Community Development Director (a) copies of all permits <br /> and approval conditions thereof, and (b) written documentation (in a form <br /> acceptable to the Community Development Director) demonstrating that <br /> the applicant has secured the necessary rights to the outer marina from <br /> the State Lands Commission in its capacity as fee owner of the outer <br /> marina for the use proposed by the Project, including the right to limit use <br /> of the boat slips to Project residents only; all prior to issuance of any City <br /> permits and/or breaking ground on any portion of the Project site. <br /> 7.
