One meeting shall be scheduled with <br /> City staff after review of the 90% submittal prior to proceeding with the 100°/o Final Design <br /> Submittal. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • 90% plans, specifications, and other items as outlined in Task 4.1, 4.2, and 4.3 <br /> Assumptions: <br /> • Consultant's base effort and budget is based on using a factory pre-packaged pump <br /> station with submersible pumps with MCC and control panel, including precast wet well and <br /> valve box, , diesel generator with factory acoustical enclosure, and a manual trash rack in <br /> the manhole upstream of the pump station. <br /> TASK 5—FINAL DESIGN (100% DESIGN SUBMITTAL) <br /> The Consultant shall proceed w ith the Final Design and the preparation of the improvement <br /> plans and specifications. <br /> Consultant shall: <br /> 1. Incorporate 90% Design Submittal review comments. Prepare 100°/a Design Submittal <br /> consisting of complete construction documents including drawings, specifications and cost <br /> estimates. <br /> 2. The 100% Design Submittal shall include, but not limited to, demolition plan, site grading <br /> and piping plan, general and construction notes, connection details, electrical details, <br /> structural details, technical specifications, and estimate of construction costs. The design <br /> calculations and analysis should include all final engineering calculations, any <br /> miscellaneous technical data, and catalogue cuts for any special equipment. <br /> 3. Submit final control strategy report and final (tested) SCADA/PLC program. <br /> 4. The 100% Design Submittal shall be ready for signature and submitted to the City for <br /> review and approval. A marked set will be returned along with staff's comments and/or <br /> request for clarifications for revision. Consultant shall furnish one (1) set of full-size plans <br /> and specifications for the project. Both sets of documents shall bear the responsible <br /> engineer's wet stamp and signature with a license expiration date.
