EXHIBIT "B" <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> Manager is to provide general management and support of marina operations occurring <br /> on the City Property and coordination and management of any landside facilities and <br /> operations associated with the support of marina operations, including: <br /> Task 1 <br /> Berth Applications <br /> • Review City berth applications and provide comments to City to finalize berth <br /> application forms <br /> • Hold a meeting inviting all vessel or structure owners having property within the <br /> City's property to introduce the management company and provide copies of <br /> berth applications <br /> • Establish an application protocol, advise City and vessel owners and tenants of <br /> said protocol <br /> • Create and maintain electronic data base that includes all applications (including <br /> relevant information as required on the application) and the disposition of the <br /> application <br /> • Establish a time line in which all berth applications are to be received by <br /> Manager for existing vessels and tenants to remain <br /> • Establish a time line for screening review of all existing vessels and tenant <br /> applications <br /> • Screen all applications for conformance with standards, including required data <br /> accuracy and completeness <br /> • Advise City of recommended berth application fee and establish said fee <br /> • Subsequent to application review, advise vessel owners or tenants of acceptance <br /> or rejection of application <br /> Task 2 <br /> Berthing Agreements <br /> • In coordination with City review and complete Berthing Agreement documents <br /> • In coordination with City recommend and establish Berthing fee schedule <br /> • For existing vessel or tenants accepted through the Berth Application process, <br /> provide Berthing Agreement documents within ten working days of acceptance <br /> • Obtain copies of and review all required Berthing Agreement documents prior to <br /> execution of Berthing Agreement <br /> • Establish and maintain a current and complete database of all tenants and <br /> accounts <br /> ATTY/AGR/2013.030/SURGE DOCKTOWN MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT <br /> REV:3-01-13 VR <br /> Page 11 of 14 <br />
