Acldendum No. 2: The Planning Camrr�ission finds that: <br /> a. Addendum No. 2 was prepared in accordance with all legal <br /> requirements, including CEQA Guidelines Section 15164. <br /> b. The Planning Commission has reviewed and considered <br /> Addendum No. 2 and other �nformation in the entire record and <br /> has considered the information contained therein, including the <br /> written and oral comments recei�ed at the public hearing on <br /> Addendum No. 2 and the Project, prior to acting upon or <br /> appraving the Project; and Addendum No. 2 represents the <br /> independent�udgment of the City o� Redwood Cify. <br /> c. None of the criteria set for�h in the CEQA Guidelines Section <br /> 15162 have been tr�ggered. The Appraved Project daes not <br /> trigger the need for a Suppl�mental or Subseguer�t EIR urtder <br /> Section 15162 of the CEQA Guidelir�es because there are no <br /> new significant impacts; ti�erefore, the Appro�ed Project wi�l not <br /> result in any new or any increase in the severfty of pre�iousiy <br /> identified impacts ar�d no new mitigation measures are req�ired <br /> beyond thase identified in the 2007 EIR. <br /> d. Pursuant #a Guidelines sectio� 15091(e), th� documents and <br /> other materials that constitute the record of proceed�ngs upon <br /> which the Planning Commission has based its decision are <br /> located in and may be obtained from, the Office of the City Cferk <br /> at fi017 Middfefield Road, Redwood City, Califarnia. The City <br /> Clerk is t�e custodian of records for all matters befiore the City. <br /> Section 3. Use Permit UP2011-44: The Planning Commission finds that: <br /> a. The expanded use wifl be consistent with the �arious elements <br /> and objectives of the General Plar� and any Specific and Precise <br /> Plans, and any zoning reguiafians for the subject location. The <br /> expanded use wauld be �ocated within ar� existing developed <br /> gasoline statian site. The General Plan far�d use designation for <br /> the project site is Commerciai-Regional which allows for the <br /> de�elopment of generaf retail, commerciai services, restaurants, <br /> �ehic�e sales and service, and other simifar business act[vities. <br /> The site is also zoned Ir�dustrial-Restricted, which promates <br /> via�le industrial areas by providing a district for the lacatian of <br /> selected industries, wholesale es#ablishments, specified retail <br /> estabiishments, and heavy commercial �ses which can <br /> congregate together.
