Applicant shall apply for and obtain a Grading �'ermit from E&C for <br /> any grading exceeding 50 cubic yards. <br /> 18. Applicant shalE complete the City's "NPDES Permit Corr�pfiance <br /> Checklist", and provide for permanent stormwater confirol measures selected <br /> from the City's "Local Source Control Measures List", as appropriate. Applicant shall apply for a Construction Improvement Permit from <br /> E&C for work in the Ci#y public right-of-way, easements ar properfy in which the <br /> City holds an interest, inclucling driveway, sidewalfc, water service and <br /> connectiorts, sewer connections, sewer cfeanouts, curb drains, storm drain <br /> conn�ctions, PG&ElTelephane/TV services. <br /> 21. Streefs, sidewalks, and curbs and gutters in need of repair within <br /> and bordering the project shall be repaired andlor remo�ed and replaced in <br /> accordance with City standards.
