The program shall r�move constraints to, and <br /> pro�ide reasonab�e accommodations for hausing designed for, intended for occupancy by, or <br /> with supporti�e services for, persans with disabilities. <br /> (4} Canserve and impro�e #he conditian of the existing affordab�e �ousfng stock, which may <br /> include addressing ways to mitigate the loss of dwell��g units demolished by public or private <br /> action. <br /> (5) Promote housing opportunities far all persons regardless of race, religion, sex, maritai <br /> s#a#us, ancestry, national origin, calor, familial sfatus, or disa�iiity. <br /> (6) Preserve for lawer income hoUSeholds the assisted hausing developments identified <br /> pursuant to para�raph {�9) of subdi�ision (a). <br /> The program for preservatian of the assisted hausing de�elopments shall ufilize, to the extent <br /> necessary, ali available federal, state, and local fiinancing and subsidy programs identified in <br /> paragraph (�9) of subcli�ision (a), except where a community has other urgent needs for <br /> which alternative funding sources are nat a�ailable. The program may include strategies that <br /> involve local regulation and technical assistance. <br /> (7) The program shall include an identificatian af the agencies and ofFicials responsible for the <br /> implementation of the �arious actions ancE the means by which consistency will be achieved <br /> with other general plan elements and cammunity goals.
