04/08/2013 <br /> Emergency Shelter Combining District boundary which removes parcels north of Cedar <br /> Street, upon finding that the proposed Zoning Ordinance Amendment is in the public <br /> interest and consistent with the Redwood City General Plan; and <br /> WHEREAS, a notice of public hearing on the Comprehensive 2013 Zoning <br /> Ordinance Amendment was mailed to all properties within a 300-foot radius of the area <br /> affected by the Comprehensive 2013 Zoning Ordinance Amendment and duly published <br /> in the Daily News at least 10 days prior to the public hearing; and <br /> WHEREAS, on February 25, 2013, the City Council held a public hearing on the <br /> proposed Comprehensive 2013 Zoning Ordinance Amendment and on said date the <br /> public hearing was opened, held and closed; and <br /> WHEREAS, at the February 25, 2013, public hearing, the City Council <br /> considered the whole of the record, including with respect to the EIR (previously <br /> provided under separate cover) and the Addendum. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1. Article 2 of the Redwood City Zoning Ordinance is amended by <br /> adding the text shown in underline (exam le) and deleting the text shown in strikeout <br /> (exa�le), as provided in Exhibit A. <br /> Section 2. Article 3 of the Redwood City Zoning Ordinance is amended by <br /> adding the text shown in underline (exam le) and deleting the text shown in strikeout <br /> (�4e), as provided in Exhibit B. <br /> Section 3. Article 16 of the Redwood City Zoning Ordinance is repealed and <br /> replaced with the text shown in underline (exam le), as provided in Exhibit C. <br /> Section 4. Article 16A of the Redwood City Zoning Ordinance is repealed in its <br /> entirety. <br /> Section 5. Article 17A of the Redwood City Zoning Ordinance is added with the <br /> text shown in underline (exam le), as provided in Exhibit D. <br /> Section 6.
