Specifically, this project <br /> targets PSGP goals: 1) Enhancement of Maritime Domain Awareness, and 2) Enhancing Improvised <br /> Explosive Device (IED) and Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, Explosive (CBRNE) prevention, <br /> protection,response,and recovery capabilities. The local AMSP goals are focused on response to changes <br /> in MARSEC level, threats to the Marine Transportation System, and Transportation Security Incidents in <br /> Northern California.
