Implementation of the proposed project will not result in an aviation related safety <br /> hazard for future residents. (No Impact) <br /> The project is in a highly developed urban area and it is not adjacent to any wildland areas that would <br /> be susceptible to fire. The project will not interfere with any adopted emergency response plan or <br /> emergency evacuation plan.
