The site ofi the proposed subdivisian is physically suited for <br /> the type and d�nsity of the proposecf development; <br /> c. The design and proposed improvements are not likely to <br /> cause substantiai environmental damage, ar substant�aEly <br /> ar�cf a�oidably injure fish, wildlife or their habitat, or cause <br /> serious pub(ic health prob�ems; and <br /> d.
