Redwaod City has exceeded its Peak Wet Weather Flow (PWWF) <br /> capacity in the past. A methodology to reduce inflow and infilfration by pipe <br /> replacement was determir�ed. The applicant shal! reduce inffow and infiltration to <br /> ofFset increased sewer demand from the Project by replacing aged sewer mains <br /> or paying an equivalent in-lieu fee. The length of pipe replacement required or <br /> the amount of fee will be based on the Project's sewage generation projection <br /> (AttacE�ment � of the City's Engineering Standards}. <br /> 22. All utilities shafl be designed in accordance with the City's <br /> Engineering Standards. <br /> 23. Recycled water facilifies shall be provided and designed as part of <br /> this Project in accordance with the City's Engineering Standards for dual <br /> plumbing, irrigation and other warranted uses as requirec! in the Recycled Water <br /> Ordinance, Chapter 38, Article VIII af the M�nicipaf Code. <br /> 24. Pursuant to Cify Code Chapter 18, Article XIV, street, curb, gutfier <br /> and sidewalk shall be replaced, repaired, repa�ed, or reconstructed. <br /> 25.
