Redwaod City has exceeded its Peak Wet Weather Flow (PWWF) capacity in the past. A methodology to reduce inflow and infilfration by pipe replacement was determir�ed. The applicant shal! reduce inffow and infiltration to ofFset increased sewer demand from the Project by replacing aged sewer mains or paying an equivalent in-lieu fee. The length of pipe replacement required or the amount of fee will be based on the Project's sewage generation projection (AttacE�ment � of the City's Engineering Standards}. 22. All utilities shafl be designed in accordance with the City's Engineering Standards. 23. Recycled water facilifies shall be provided and designed as part of this Project in accordance with the City's Engineering Standards for dual plumbing, irrigation and other warranted uses as requirec! in the Recycled Water Ordinance, Chapter 38, Article VIII af the M�nicipaf Code. 24. Pursuant to Cify Code Chapter 18, Article XIV, street, curb, gutfier and sidewalk shall be replaced, repaired, repa�ed, or reconstructed. 25. Priar to Parcel Map approval, the owner/applicant sl�all en�er into a Sfarmwater Treatment Measures Maintenance Agreement for al1 on-site stormwater treatment measures associated with the project. 26. Post-construction runoff inta the storm clrain shall nat exceed pre- construction runoff le�els. The applicant's design professional shall e�aluate the Project's impact to the City's storm drair�age system and shall substantiate their conclusiorts with drainage calculations to fhe satisfaction of the City Engineer prior to Construction permit issuance. 27.
