The project shall be designed to meet the C.3 requirements of the <br /> Municipal Regional Permit (MRP) NPDES Permit CAS 612008, per the detailed <br /> pfans submitted by the applicant's design professional showing conformance with <br /> C.3 thraugh appropriate permanent storrr�water control measures, unless the <br /> Project has been determined by the City Engineer ta qualify for Special Project <br /> sfatus in which case the project shall be designed ta meet all C3 requirements <br /> applicable to a Speciaf Project. <br /> 34. Far canstruction activity resulting in a land disturbance of one acre <br /> ar more, applicartt shall f�fe a Notice of Intent (N�f) with the State Water <br /> Resources Controf Board under the Construction Activities Storm Water General <br /> Permit (General Permit). As appropriate <br /> to the site and status of construction, winterization requirements shall include <br /> inspectinglmaintaininglcleaning all soil erosian and sedimentation cantrols prior <br /> to, during, and immediately after each storm event; stabilizing disturbed soils <br /> through temporary or permanent seeding, mulching, matting, tarping or other <br /> physical means; rocking ur�pa�ed vehicle access to limi# dispersion of much or�to <br /> public right-of-way; anc! coveringltarping stored construction mat�rials, fuels, and <br /> other chemicals. Plans to include proposed measures to prevent erosion and <br /> polluted runoff from all site canditions shall be submitted for appraval by CDD <br /> prior to beginning construction. As site conditions warrant, the City Engin�er <br /> may direct the applicant to implement additional winterization requirements. <br /> 32. Appficant sha[I adhere to the Subdivision Map Act and Chapter 30 <br /> of the City's Municipal Code. <br /> 33. Prior ta Parcel Map appraval, the ownerlapplicant shall enter into a <br /> Landscape Maintenance A�reement {LMA) for al! assigned landscape areas in <br /> public right of way ta be maintained.
