Priar ta Parcel Map approval, the Qwnerlapplicant st�all enter into a <br /> Stormwater Treatment Measures Maintenance Agreement for all on-site <br /> stormwater treatment measures associated with the prajec#. <br /> 35. Prior to Parcel Map approval, the awnerlapplicant shafl enter into a <br /> Improvement Agreemer�t to guarantee the installatian of a!i impro�ements <br /> required of the project and to pra�ide for payment of all City ins�ectioR and plan <br /> check charges associated with the installation of public and pri�ate <br /> improvements, including, but not lirr�ited to, sfreets, sidewafks, sanitary sewers, <br /> water, storm drains and str��t lights. <br /> 36. The appiicanticontractor shaN apply for a Construction <br /> Impravement Permit from Community Development Department for work in the <br /> City public right-of-way, easements, or property in which the City holds an <br /> interest prior to any construction. <br /> 37. The appficant shall pro�ide all field survey data related to the <br /> project. The data shall be provided in AutoCad drawing �les. <br /> 38. The #ire flow required is 3500 GPM with four fire hydrants required, <br /> spaced 350' apart. This includes tf�e use of existing fre hydrants in proximity ta <br /> the project. The applicant shall be responsible far their installatian at locations to <br /> be determined by tt�e City prior to issuance of a Building permit. <br /> 39. An automatic fire sprinkler systems rr7eeting the requirements of <br /> NFPA Standard 13 is required for this Project. Two risers may be necessary due <br /> to the size of fihe structure. The applicant shail comply with the Fire Department <br /> requirements at all times. <br /> 40. The instailation of manual wet-standpipe system, meEfing the <br /> req�irements of NF'PA Standard 14 is required as part af this Project. <br /> 41. The installation of a firefighter commur►ication system meeting the <br /> requirements of the Redwood City Fire Code is required as a part of this Project. <br /> A full automat+c fire alarms system is alsa req�ired under the State Fire Code. <br /> 42. Red curb paint and "No Parking" signage shall be instalied by the <br /> applicant as a part of this project at certain focations upon canfirmation of Fire <br /> Department connections and fire hydrants. <br /> 43. Applicant shalf comply with afl City, State and Federal regulations, <br /> applicable to the Project, related to: fire ar�d life safety, ADA requirements, and <br /> alf general building code regufatians as per the State Building Code as adopted <br /> and amended by the City o# Redwaod City. <br /> 44.
