Council may direct staff to modify portions of the proposed improvements. <br /> FISCAL IMPACT <br /> There is no fiscal impact to the City by this action other than the cost of the waived fees <br /> and continued maintenance of the City's equipment within the City's right-of-way. There <br /> will be no significant additional maintenance required by the proposed improvements. <br /> The work of this project is entirely funded by the JPB and the San Mateo County <br /> Transportation Authority. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW <br /> The actions associated with entering into this Agreement do not constitute a project <br /> pursuant to the California Environmental Equity Act guidelines.
