<br />. <br /> .' <br /> (b) Capital costs of, Stage 2 of the proj'ect. <br />The percentages of capital costs and costs bf special services <br />for Stage 1 of the Project set forth in Exhibit A are based <br />on the anticipated use of the Joint Facilities upon completion <br />of construction of stage 1 of the Project, as set forth in <br />the Project Report. If the Joint Facilities are expanded or <br />improved by the construction of Stage 2 of the Project or are <br />incorporated into some other project, the costs of Stage 2 of <br />the Project or of such other project shall be allocated to <br />the respective Agencies who are then parties to this Agreement <br />based 'upon the change in use by each such Agency, including <br />credits for portions of the Joint Facilities conveyed by it <br />and for prior contributions of capital costs and costs of <br />special services for the Joint Facilities paid by it, and <br />such new allocation shall be set forth in an agreement be- <br />tween them supplementary to this Agreement or in a new joint <br />powers agreement between them. <br /> Section 5.10. Operation and maintenance of the <br />Joint Facilities. Beginning on the operative date of Stage 1 <br />of the Project, the Authority shall operate and maintain <br />the Joint Facilities. <br /> Section 5.11. Income from Operation. Any treated <br />wastewater for reuse, or other substance arising out of the <br />operation of the Joint Facilities shall be the property of <br />the Authority and may be sold by the Authority for the best <br />obtainable prices.
